Refund Policy

At Social Order, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for purchases made on the platform.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Return Conditions: For items that have been delivered or picked up, a refund is possible if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The return must be accepted by the merchant within 24 hours of delivery. Perishable items are not refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by the merchant.

2. Refund Process

• Merchant Review: Upon return of an item, the merchant will review the product to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund. The return must be requested within 24 hours of delivery for it to be considered.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through cash for COD orders or as store credit/pre-paid refund, depending on the original method of payment. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to process once the return has been accepted by the merchant.

Shipping Policy

Social Order provides a flexible and customer-friendly shipping experience. Our shipping policy explains how orders are processed, confirmed, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

• Order Flexibility: Customers can place orders by sending an image or speaking to the merchant. The merchant will confirm the order before packing.

• Order Modification: Merchants can modify the total amount of the order based on product availability or customer requests before the order is delivered or picked up. Both parties must confirm any changes.

2. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

• Order Confirmation: Once the merchant confirms the order and updates the amount, the customer will be notified via the platform, SMS, or direct communication.

• Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order any time before it is packed, with no charges applied.

3. Delivery Methods

• Flexible Delivery: Local delivery or customer pickup is arranged based on mutual agreement. Delivery charges, if any, are communicated at the time of confirmation.

4. Final Price Adjustment

• Merchants may adjust the total amount based on any changes in product availability or price, but this must happen before the order is delivered or picked up by the customer. The customer will be informed of the change and must approve the final amount.

Cancellation Policy

At Social Order, we provide flexible options for customers to cancel their orders before processing. Please review the following terms for cancellations.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Customers can cancel their order at any time before the order is packed, with no penalty or charges applied.

• Once the packing process begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed according to the Refund Policy.

2. Order Modification by Merchant

• Merchants may modify the total amount of the order based on product availability or customer requests before the order is delivered or picked up.

• Any changes in the order amount or product availability must be confirmed by both parties before the final delivery or pickup.
